FAQ
1.
I can't come in tomorrow. Is there a way I can register
and take advantage of the Priority Registration Rate Freeze?
YES!
All current New Mozart families can register tomorrow in
two ways: by filling out the online
registration form or by coming in. Either way, you're
guaranteed the current tuirion rates for the entire next
school year.
IMPORTANT
if you're registering online: Please write in the note section
PRIORITY REGISTRATION DAY. We want to make sure that we
apply the Tuition Rate Freeze for you.
If
you'd like to receive the promotional items & a chance
to win one of the $6746 prizes we're giving away tomorrow,
please come in to register in person.
2.
You already have my contact information. Why do I need to
fill them out again?
We
want to make sure that we have your current contact information
for our database.
We
also need your signature after reading our policies &
terms. This can be done by submitting the online
registration form or by filling out the form onsite
at the Priority Registration table.
If
you are coming in tomorrow, it's a great idea to print
this Private Lessons Registration Form (for Private
Lessons & related group classes) or print this Harmony
Road Registration Form (for Harmony Road classes) and
fill them out at home. This will help everyone tomorrow
by making the lines shorter & manageable.
3.
I don't see the Harmony Road Schedule. How can I register?
We're
still checking a few things out before we put it on our
website. Please check back tonight at 9 pm. We can't guarantee
it but it will likely be live on the web by then. We will
definitely have the Fall 09 schedule available at the table
tomorrow.
4.
I don't know what my schedule is like for the fall yet.
No
problem. You can still register and only pay the registration
fee of $25 if you're registering for Private Lessons. You
can let us know when you have a better idea of your fall
schedule. And if it turns out that the scheduling doesn't
work and you can't take lessons at New Mozart, just let
us know 1 week before the New Mozart School Year starts.
Then you will be dropped from the Private Lessons program.
No tuition will be charged to your account and your account
information will be deleted from our system.
By
registering tomorrow, you'll still get a chance to win the
amazing prizes we have in store for you. And lock in you
2008-2009 Tuition Rates without any risks.
5.
How do I get the Priority Registration Summer Tuition Discount
of 5% if I'm registering online? I don't see the discounted
rates.
If
you're registering online for the summer, then we'll be
sending you a refund of 5% within 5 business days. Setting
up the items on the online shopping cart is time consuming.
Not working on the discounted rates for the shopping cart
items allows us to prepare for tomorrow. We do want to go
home tonight. :)
If
you're registering onsite, we'll manually enter the charges
so we can calculate that for you.
6.
When do we find out if I won a prize?
We'll
do the drawing next Tuesday afternoon and will make an announcement
by email to everyone.
If
you won something, we'll give you a call as well. Please
come in within 5 business days to pick up your prize. You
need to come in for seemingly non-physical items too like
the Full Year's FREE Tuition (actually, we'll be handing
you a certificate) as well as the physical item, the ITOUCH.
We'll do an additional drawing if there is any unclaimed
prize.
By
the way, you don't need to fill out anything extra tomorrow
to enter for the drawing. By registering, you are automatically
entered.
7.
The phone's busy!
If
you're calling us on Saturday, it's likely that many of
you are trying to call us at the same time. Please try again
until you can get through.
If
you are not coming in to take advantage of the amazing prizes
we're giving away, it's best to get your registeration done
online. It's quick & easy.
We
can see the time stamp so you are safe as long as you register
by the end of Saturday and make $25 registration fee for
Private Lessons Registration. For Harmony Road, you do need
to make a full tuition payment or set up installment payments
if that works better for you.
We'll
be sure to apply this year's tuition rate for you as long
as you register by the end of tomorrow, April 25th:
online (12am - 11:59 pm) or onsite (available from 9 am
- 3 pm)
