IMPORTANT RECITAL INFORMATION for PERFORMERS

Concert Date/Time

July 21, 6:30 pm

Performers are expected at the hall 1 hour prior to the performance.  The doors will open for the audience 30 minutes before the performance.

IMPORTANT -  REHEARSAL Schedule

Rehearsals will be held from 10 am - 2 pm on July 21 at the Brahms Saal, the day of the performance. Each performer will be allotted 7 minutes of time. Please check your schedule here. We are not accepting specific time requests. 

Performers Backstage

All performers will be backstage.

Performers performing in the 1st half will remain backstage for the first half of the program and will join the audience after the intermission.

Performers performing in the 2nd half will be in the audience for the first half and then backstage during the second half.

Tickets
Your recital fee includes 4 tickets. Tickets will be at Will Call under the performer's name. You can purchase additional tickets here. https://tickets.musikverein.at/SelectSeats?lang=en&ret=2&e=36826

Photography
Your recital fee includes a set of photos taken by a professional photographer approximately 1 week after the performance. Photography and video/audio recording is not permitted for audiences at Musikverein.

Video
Concert will be video recorded by a videographer. You can purchase a copy here.

IMPORTANT - Program

We're finalizing the program to send to the printer and will reconfirm your repertoire and exact time in a separate email. Also upload your photo here by next Wednesday, 6/19 to be included in the program. 

Programs will be available for purchase from the ushers.

DRESS CODE for Performers

Formal attire is required.

Concert Duration
Concert will last approximately 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission. 

IMPORTANT - Practicing in Vienna
We highly recommend pianists to practice on acoustic piano. You can rent practice rooms at affordable rates here.  Please make this a priority.
