For ages 5-7. Turn up the fun! FTLOS Summer is a class for kids who want to experience the fun of singing with others. Every class begins with fun, careful warm-ups that teach the kids proper singing techniques to help them care for their voice. They will play singing games, whiteboard games, rhythm games, and learn short songs. 6 weeks of refining their knowledge of solfege reading, ear-training, and lots of fun! No performance/Recital.
This is a drop-off class, so parents won’t be participating in the room. However, you’re welcome to observe from the viewing window just outside.

For ages 5-7. No previous experience required! This class introduces how to sight-sing, using solfege (Do, Re, Mi, etc.), basic rhythms through singing games and exercises, and learning fun songs. Kids will learn how to sing safely and keep their voices healthy. We will also discover the joy of singing in harmony! A short concert of about 4 songs will be performed at the end of the semester!
(This class is recommended if your child is younger or has no previous music classes, lessons, or experience. It is also recommended if they will be starting Harmony Road 1 or Amadeus Musicians concurrently.)

For ages 6-10. This is the more advanced FTLOS class, though no audition is required. We will continue to use healthy techniques to sing and keep young voices healthy and growing. A beginners ability to sight-read/ sight-sing is expected in this class. This class will use singing games to strengthen the kids' ability to sing songs confidently and beautifully with multiple parts and rhythms. A short concert of about 4 songs will be performed at the end of the semester!
(This class is recommended if your child has already done at least 1 semester of FTLOS or has been in Harmony Road/private lessons.)
Does your child love to sing? Then join, For the Love of Singing, a joyful singing class at New Mozart where kids can sing their hearts out—just for the fun of it!
This class is all about the joy of singing together. Students will explore vocal harmony, strengthen their musical ear, and learn to read and appreciate music in a supportive, no-pressure setting.
Perfect for both new and experienced young singers, this class is open to anyone who loves music and wants to grow their voice as part of a fun and encouraging group.

SUMMER For the Love of Singing (6 weeks)

For ages 5-7. No previous experience required! This class introduces how to sight-sing, using solfege (Do, Re, Mi, etc.), basic rhythms through singing games and exercises, and learning fun songs. Kids will learn how to sing safely and keep their voices healthy. We will also discover the joy of singing in harmony! Students will perform at a major concert hall presenting approximately 4 polished songs at the end of the semester. (This class is recommended if your child is younger or has no previous music classes, lessons, or experience. It is also recommended if they will be starting Harmony Road 1 or Amadeus Musicians concurrently.)
For the Love of Singing 2 (18 weeks)
For ages 6-10. This is the more advanced FTLOS class, though no audition is required. We will continue to use healthy techniques to sing and keep young voices healthy and growing. Amadeus Way & Harmony Road FALL 2026
Are you looking for a more piano focused class? Join us in Amadeus Way or Harmony Road. With over two decades of experience teaching piano based early childhood music, our programs build a strong musical foundation.
The musicianship students develop in these classes beautifully supports sightreading and the skills every singer needs.
Parent/caregiver's participation is required in class & at home. No Previous experience is needed.

Music in Me, More Music in Me, Amadeus Explorers can be repeated.
Amadeus Explorers is the perfect first step into the world of music for young children. Based on how kids naturally learn language—by listening, repeating, and responding—this dynamic program helps your child develop musical skills in a playful, supportive environment.
Through singing (using solfège: do-re-mi), rhythm games, movement, and hands-on activities at the keyboard and with rhythm instruments, students explore the fundamentals of music: melody, rhythm, pitch, dynamics, phrasing, and form.
Classes are designed to nurture creativity and confidence while building essential skills like coordination and concentration. A strong emphasis on ensemble playing helps children learn to listen, cooperate, and enjoy making music with others.
Parents or caregivers actively participate making this a true team experience that deepens learning and connection.
Amadeus Explorers sets the stage for all the musical adventures to come, giving students a fun and solid start before they dive into more structured classes and private lessons.
Music in Me is a dynamic readiness program for young children with emphasis on ear training, solfege singing, movement, keyboard activities, pitch and rhythm awareness. Creativity is stressed. Parent involvement in class and at home. The curriculum is designed to immerse children and parents in activities which develop the ear, utilize the tactile-kinesthetic sense, explore keyboard geography and playing through tracking activities, set pre-reading concepts combined with pitch awareness, experience large motor skills in movement songs and finer motor skills with hand/finger play songs and activities.
Parent/caregiver's participation is required in class & at home. No Previous experience is needed.

More Music in Me is a vibrant and engaging class designed to introduce young children to the world of music through movement, singing, rhythm, and keyboard exploration. Children learn music the way they learned to speak—by listening, repeating, and responding.
Through solfege singing (do-re-mi), keyboard activities, movement games, and rhythm instruments, children develop a strong musical foundation in a fun, encouraging, and non-competitive environment.
Parents or caregivers attend each class and play an active role in at-home support, making learning a shared and rewarding experience.
Whether taken on its own or as a continuation of Music in Me, this class helps children build coordination, focus, and confidence—while fostering a lifelong love of music.
Parent/caregiver's participation is required in class & at home. No Previous experience is needed.

Amadeus Musicians is thoughtfully designed to nurture these critical early years, helping children internalize melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic patterns in a natural and joyful way while building consistent practice habits.
With a strong foundation in ear training, solfege, keyboard skills, and ensemble playing, students develop a deep, intuitive understanding of music.
Parents and caregivers play an essential role in this journey, both in class and at home, creating a supportive and connected learning experience.
By the end of the 1st semester, students play 10-15 pieces many of them with both hands, read notes in treble & bass clefs. Learn simple harmonization transposition techniques and more.
Harmony Road is carefully structured for children to learn the basic building blocks of music. Emphasis areas are ear training, solfège singing, solo and ensemble keyboard playing, rhythm activities, movement, and music creativity. This course gives the student "inner hearing," which makes skills such as transposing, improvisation and composing easily accessible in their musical studies. Parents share in the group experience.

This unique transition class is designed specifically for Harmony Road 2 graduates on the next phase of your musical journey with our specialized program designed to seamlessly transition you into private lessons.
In the past, students moving directly into private instruction sometimes encountered gaps in expectations—private lesson teachers didn’t always realize the depth of musical knowledge Harmony Road students already had.
Building upon the solid foundation laid in Harmony Road, this advanced course empowers you to translate your musical knowledge gained from solfege to the traditional A B C's notation, facilitating a smooth transition to private lessons. You'll delve deeper into musical concepts, honing your skills to confidently navigate the intricacies of one-on-one lessons. From translating Do Re Mi to A B C's to mastering other essential musical principles, you'll gain the tools and techniques necessary to excel in your musical pursuits.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through tailored lessons, focusing on refining your understanding of notation, technique, and interpretation. By bridging the gap between group instruction and private lessons, you'll develop the confidence and proficiency needed to thrive in a more personalized learning environment.
By the end of the course, students will be well-prepared—musically and mentally—for the exciting journey of one-on-one private lessons.
