New Mozart Students to Make Their New York Debut at Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall

New Mozart School of Music is thrilled to announce that its talented students will perform at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in July 2025. This special recital marks a significant milestone in the school's history, as it continues to foster the growth of young artists with the opportunity to shine on one of the world's most prestigious stages. Founded in 2002 by Christine Shin, New Mozart has become a cornerstone of music education in Silicon Valley, renowned for its commitment to excellence and for inspiring countless generations of musicians.

This exceptional evening will feature solo performances from a diverse group of New Mozart’s brightest stars, showcasing talent across piano, cello, violin, voice, and saxophone. The recital is a testament to the hard work, passion, and artistic development of New Mozart’s students. Guided by Shin's leadership, the school remains dedicated to helping young musicians reach their fullest potential, offering them unique opportunities to perform at renowned venues around the globe. New Mozart is performing in Vienna this summer!

We’re excited to provide this once in a lifetime opportunity for our students to perform in Vienna. Often hailed as the “City of Music,” Vienna has a remarkable musical heritage with iconic composers Mozart, Beethoven, and Haydn having lived and composed there. Performing at the prestigious Musikverein will allow New Mozart students to connect with this rich legacy and grace the stage where some of the most famous musicians have performed.

New Mozart's talented piano student Bartholomew Baker will be giving his graduation solo recital at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts. This is MVCPA’s 1st exclusively livestreamed concert.

Bartholomew will perform pieces by Rachmaninoff, Beethoven, Scriabin, Kapustin, Chopin, Debussy, & more.

Bartholomew has been with New Mozart for 12+ years. He began his musical journey in our Harmony Road program and continued on with piano lessons with Teacher Larisa. He has won numerous awards, and scholarships over the years and finished the highest level of RCM exam.

New Mozart Honors Recital 2019 is coming up soon! Come and see New Mozart’s most talented group of students perform at the beautiful Santa Clara University’s Recital Hall. Performers are carefully chosen by their respective teachers for their exceptional dedication and talent.

This is a free even so come and enjoy the afternoon in the company of our talented young musicians.
